I enjoy riding anything on 2 wheels. I like finding places to setup my hammock and nice days. When I'm not cooking in the kitchen, you can find me wrenching in the garage.

I knew I was all in when I was on stage for my first big show opening up for Eminem’s group D12. Everyone was screaming, people were coming up to me after my performance telling me they loved my show. I was all in!

Rap can be therapy for a lot of people — both artists and fans. What’s one lyric you’ve written that healed a part of you?
Music is life, if I didn’t have music, I’m not sure where I would be. One lyric I’ve written that has healed part of me is that..You were born alone, you’re going to die alone, don’t worry what others think!
You’re building a brand as much as a legacy — what’s the bigger picture for you outside the mic?
Are we talking label, clothing line, snacks collab, or full mogul takeover? If you’re building something bigger than music, you’re not just an artist anymore you’re a brand, a story, and a movement. The music is my heartbeat, but the body you’re building around it has multiple lanes for income, influence, and impact on the world.

It would be sweet and wild! I think it would have a magnetic personality people are drawn to! There are so many delicious flavors to choose from, and the flavors are very delicious!
If you could send one message back to your younger self before your first big business risk, what would it say?
To be confident in yourself and do it! Alot of times, our intrusive thoughts get in our head and push us away from our goals. I would tell myself to remain true to myself and not let anyone or anything make me doubt my abilities.
What’s a business move you made that everyone doubted—but ended up being one of your smartest decisions?
Opening my tutoring company! As well as being a french teacher, I run a fully virtual french tutoring company with a team of 15 teachers.
When the pressure hits hardest, what do you tell yourself to keep pushing instead of folding?
I am a women of faith, so when pressure hits, or I feel stressed out or anxious I remind myself that God is in control and pray! I find it gives me a sense of calm and reminds me I can do anything difficult.
If your life and brand had a documentary title, what would it be called—and what’s the final scene?
If my life and brand had a documentary title, it would be called Turning point-- Act 4. The final scene would be the end of my mamma era and entering the next phase of my life.

What’s one bold risk you took in business that ended up being totally worth it?
When the floor started shaking, I used it to go all in. And that was the best decision ever. Because if you gonna do it, do it scared.
When life gets hectic, what’s your go-to “recharge ritual” to get back in your hive mindset?
Jumping around, dancing and enjoying that I have a healthy body and I can do anything I want is my kinda go to. It instantly reminds me of this quote that said, “Until Death, All failures are psychological.”

If you could build your dream fitness brand collab with Honeycomb Crack — what would it look like? (Think: gym gear, snacks, events, or something wild and new!)
One collab we could do is a Fight Night fuelled by Honeycomb Crack! I am a personal trainer out of a martial arts gym and we put on “Electric Fight Nights” and BJJ matches. I am planning more seminars, workshops, and fights in the future and I am always looking for ways to integrate health and wellness (and strength and conditioning) into these nights. We could have Honeycomb Crack products there for people to sample and purchase.
If Honeycomb Crack gave you superhero powers every time you ate it, what would your fitness-superhero name be — and what crazy move would you be known for?
Queen Bee-at-‘Em known for my “Royal Reign Roundhouse” kick. I love training strength and conditioning for combat sports. Kicking? It’s my favourite. If I was a given Honeycomb Crack super powers I would be kicking hard, leaving a glowing bee hive hexagon imprint on anything I strike.

My personality of Honeycomb Crack is definitely the coffee flavour (with maybe a dash of cinnamon) I LOVE coffee! Similar to coffee I am full of energy, and I like my coffee sweet - just like Honeycomb Crack! Adding a dash of cinnamon to my coffee is my favourite.
What’s one mantra or quote that keeps you going on the hardest training days?
“Do it anyway”. We can’t be fuelled by emotional all the time, you’re tired? Do it anyway. You had a stressful day? Do it anyway. You don’t feel like it? Do it anyway. Small steps lead to the biggest victories.

If my workout routine was turned into a Honeycomb Crack fitness routine you would see me, gripping a barbell with dramatic, lighting, chalk rising around me like a golden honey – pollen as I power through my deadlift. Then quick cuts of explosive kettlebell swings and conditioning, then the beat dropping on my round house kick slamming into a heavy bag. A bursting spray of honeycomb particles landing around me.
